The second phase of the project involves developing a number of facilities in an area of 100,000 square meters, and some facilities in the second phase include 400-500 hotel rooms, conference rooms, banquet facilities, restaurants and bars, food courts, shopping malls and spas.
Craig Ballantyne, executive director of G1 Entertainment, said in a statement, “The project includes additional space for parking, along with the possibility of building a golf course. The project, totaling $500 million, will increase tourism, further developing the economy, thereby contributing to development in the region and direct employment opportunities for more than 2,000 people. We plan to transform the integrated entertainment resort “Primorye” into a place for recreation and world-class entertainment.”
Tigre de Cristal is the only casino resort currently open to the public in the integrated entertainment district of Primorsky, the economy is only a short distance from mainland China, with international flights tripling recently, casinos from 500 to 1,000 a day, and visitors significantly increased to 95,000 during the third quarter of this year.
Tigred Crystal had a strong first year of operation and generated 130 million rubles in game tax. G1 Entertainment invested 816 million rubles during to improve landscaping and general infrastructure. The Primorsky Krai Economic Zone is expected to host eight casinos in the near future, and Tigred Crystal is working on further developments to continue to perform well despite the upcoming competition.
Cambodia’s Nagakov, which runs Nagaworld Casino in Phnom Penh, will begin construction of the casino and entertainment complex “Mayak” before the end of this month, which will be home to Aqua Park and will open in the public in the summer .
