Song Young-han and Park Sang-hyun tied for 13th in the Fuji Sankei Classic 3R
Song Young-han shot a 2-under 68 with five birdies and three bogeys in the third round on the third day of the tournament at Fuji Sakura Country Club (par 70, 7,424 yards) in Yamanashi Prefecture, Japan, on the 2nd.
Song Young-han, who tied for 25th and 21st in the opening two days, rose to 13th place with an even-par 210 in the middle of the three days. It is five strokes behind Takumi Kanaya (Japan, 5-under 205) who is the sole leader
Song Young-han won his first win of the season and his second JGTO title at the Shansan KBC Augusta Golf Tournament last week.
Park Sang-hyun (40), the winner of the 2019 Fuji Sankei Classic, also tied for 13th with Song Young-han. The ranking was pushed back from the joint second place on the first day and the joint ninth on the second day.
Park Sang-hyun shot a 1-over 71 on the day. In the first half, he wrote down two birdies and bogeys each and blocked them with an even par, and then added a birdie on the 14th hole (par 5), but the double bogey on the 16th hole (par 3) was regrettable.
