Eric Benz, managing director of London-based Bitcoin exchange and debit card service CryptoPay, will speak on Bitcoin and Bitcoin debit cards at this year’s Russian Game Week (RGW) conference in Moscow. Benz, which has been involved in FinTech (financial technology) for more than a decade, will explain to participants how the technology works and how it affects the future.
RGW is a two – day entertainment and gambling conference featuring business prospects and stories of representatives from the domestic and international gambling industry. The conference regularly invites international operators and game providers to introduce the latest trends in software and gaming machines, as well as attracting affiliates, investors and other parties involved. Marking its 11th anniversary this year, it will be held on June 7 and 8 at the Sokolniki Exhibition and Convention Center in Moscow.
Some of Benz’s work history includes working for companies that supply SaaS (software-as-a-service) systems to banks and financial institutions, and has also been involved in Bitcoin’s technology, the blockchain, over the past five years. At the conference, he will represent CryptoPay, one of the UK’s oldest BTC exchanges, with the central theme being Bitcoin payments and debit cards, their benefits and how those technologies are used to pay salaries. Part of his speech will also focus on the future of the Bitcoin market and the niche in which cryptocurrencies open. 슬롯머신
Inviting Benz to speak on Bitcoin comes at a time when the Russian government is mulling over recognizing cryptocurrencies after previously “strongly” objections to them. According to RGW’s website information, this year’s meeting will also place “special attention” on social and mobile gambling, draft betting advertising bills and Russian gaming zones.
