National Football Association’s national power reinforcement committee

The Korea Football Association is expected to hold an executive meeting tomorrow morning (20th) at the earliest and announce the appointment of Chairman Chung Hae-sung as the successor of Michael Mueller, chairman of the Power Enhancement Committee, who exposed problems in the process of appointing Klinsmann.

Chairman Chung, who also assisted Hiddink during the 2002 Korea-Japan World Cup, has been the head coach of the national team and has also served as head coach of the K League Jeonnam Dragons and Vietnam’s Ho Chi Minh City.

With the new chairman at the center, the Korea Football Association will begin to appoint the head coach of the national team to replace Klinsmann.
